CHECK YOUR SYSTEMS
Have a professional check your plumbing, fixtures and heating fixtures, washer hoses,
dishwasher hoses & pipes, appliances and systems to make sure they are in good
operational order. Any damage caused to a unit or the common elements shall be your
responsibility. Always maintain your heat at a minimum of 55 degrees when you are away
from home and let us know if you are heading for warmer climates.
Make your payment on time
In order for the Association to fulfil its obligation to supply services to its home owners
and to pay the Association bills in a timely manner, it is very important that your condo fee
is paid on time. All fees owed are due in our office on the first day of every month. A late
interest fee of $25.00 will be assessed to every account for payments received after 1:00
PM on the 15th of the month.
